Shareholders' Rights

As a shareholder in the company, you have the following rights:

1. The right to receive a portion of the net profits that are decided to be distributed.

2. The right to receive a share of the company's assets in the event of liquidation.

3. The right to attend general meetings of shareholders, participate in their deliberations, and vote on resolutions.

4. The freedom to dispose of the shares they own.

5. The right to inquire and request information, provided that it does not harm the interests of the company, conflict with the regulations of the financial market, and its executive regulations.
